We create private-label adhesive products for significant HVAC, energy auditing, and restoration brands both domestically and internationally. We also have our own line of high-performing, specialty tapes that some say are even life-changing!
Located a stone’s throw from the PHX airport, our bustling main HQ is easily accessible from all directions. Aside from our Warehouse Team, most of our staff work a hybrid schedule of remote work. For any new hires, working 100% at the office would be required until you get up to speed.

Warehouse Team Member:
Packing, strapping, and moving boxes for daily shipments would be the primary function of this position. We have many tools to keep our warehouse team from straining, but boxes can be up to 70lbs, so you must be able to move a box of this weight and be prepared to be prepping and shipping orders daily. Our platform is Big Commerce and shipping software is Ship Station so experience in those is beneficial, but not necessary - same goes with forklift skills, we can provide training and certification on the job.
Happiness Team Member:
Our Happiness Team loves on our customers - it is a combination of Customer Service and supporting new customers to find the right product or solution for them. Duties may include answering incoming calls, manning the online chat, processing orders, preparing quotes for customers and setting up/working trade shows both in PHX and travelling domestically. Systems we use on a daily basis are Slack, Pipedrive, Big Commerce and Zapier to name a few, having experience with these apps is a bonus but not necessary. Successful candidates will have sales or customer experience, be fun loving, approachable, coachable and be a team player.
Test the Tape! Paid Intern Position:
Are you studying Chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or another related degree? We are looking for a detail-oriented and fun-loving person to help us evaluate and test new products with our Executive and Warehouse Team, both from a technical perspective and real-world testing. Successful applicants would run ASTM tests on plastic film and tape products with our LabThink XLW Auto Tensile Test instrument for quality control and product research. Some metrics we test for are Adhesion/tack, Tensile strength, Break strength, and % of Elongation.
Starts: Immediately
Hours: Flexible but within our office hours of 8 am-4pm
Location: Near 32nd Street and Broadway in Phoenix
Estimated time: 5-10 hours/week
Compensation: $40/hour
