Did your shipment arrive damaged?

• Have your order number ready.
• Send photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• Do NOT discard any damaged items — they may be required for a shipping claim inspection.
We’ll get a replacement out to you right away.

Need a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued by check within 4 weeks. In many cases, you'll receive your refund sooner.
