Shipping Policy
We’re all about getting your order out fast and ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your Tape Guys experience! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Place your order by 2 PM PST and we’ll ship it the same day on all UPS shipments — no extra cost. Need tape in a hurry? Overnight shipping is available on damaged items at no extra charge (see below).

For pallet orders, your delivery location must be equipped with a forklift, lift gate, ramp, or an easily accessible area (like a loading dock). If none of these are available and the driver must assist with unloading, additional charges may apply. Please confirm your setup before placing your order to avoid delays or fees.

We require your full address, including Suite, Apartment, and Unit numbers, to ensure successful delivery. Missing address details, unclaimed shipments, delivery to some residential areas, address changes after shipping, or packages requiring pickup or storage may result in additional delivery fees. If a pickup is necessary, you’ll receive a notification with instructions.

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Weather events, holidays, and seasonal shipping surges (especially in winter) may cause unexpected delays. We recommend planning your orders with extra buffer time during peak seasons or if you're in a region prone to weather interruptions.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order, rounded up to the next full pound in line with carrier policies.

Estimated Delivery Dates: Shipping timelines are provided at checkout based on product availability and your selected shipping method. These are estimates from the carriers and may vary.
