Warehouse:
Packing, strapping, and moving boxes for daily shipments would be the primary function of this position. We have many tools to keep our warehouse team from straining, but boxes can be up to 70lbs, so you must be able to move a box of this weight and be prepared to be prepping and shipping orders daily. Our platform is Big Commerce and shipping software is Ship Station so experience in those is beneficial, but not necessary - same goes with forklift skills, we can provide training and certification on the job.

Happiness Team
Our Happiness Team loves supporting our customers - it’s a mix of Customer Service and helping new customers find the right product or solution for them. Duties may include answering incoming calls, managing online chat, processing orders, preparing quotes for customers, and setting up or working trade shows both in PHX and during domestic travel. We use systems like Salesforce, Slack, Pipedrive, BigCommerce, and Zapier regularly; experience with these apps is a bonus but not required. Successful candidates will have sales or customer service experience, be fun-loving, approachable, coachable, and team players.
